My name is Chris Stiller, I am the owner and operator of Precision Property Solutions. When I decided to open a pressure washing business I thought it would be a relatively simple startup idea. I quickly realized I couldn't be more wrong. Utilizing high pressure is frowned upon in most circumstances. From voiding warranties to stripping protective coatings, too many things can go wrong. I realized that if I wanted to provide a safe, professional service then I would need to obtain a variety of training, tools and cleaners. The exterior cleaning industry is rapidly evolving and we are staying on the forefront of this movement. ​
